Those people that believed it are starting to get so mad at Trump and Pence for "letting it all happen." Democrats are smiling at this as it is exactly what they want. Even if extreme things could have been done, it is not always smart to do it. Just like breaking into the Capitol was NOT smart, good, or a win in any way at all.

Perhaps we needed to lose so we would stop trusting no-name saviors who leave cryptic messages on obscure Internet boards. Be active beyond your keyboard. At the very least, know who your local representatives are and demand from them that ELECTION INTEGRITY be of the highest priority if they want your vote. I always liked Pence and still do, because I think he truly believes he did not have the authority or ability to stop the certification. That said, I DO think he should have tried, but I won't trash him for making the call he did. Even if he tried, the 10-day delay would not have been enough time for the audits and investigations that are required.

I think they have to follow up on tips. Who knows what the person said who reported you. There's nothing wrong with wanting to go, or actually going to the rally. The only thing wrong is participating in violence, which 99.9% of protestors did not do.

To patriots, black lives mattering is automatic and obvious. We established this in the 1860s and then further in the 1960s while Democrats fought us both times. Now they're late to the game and they feel guilty, which is why they have to say "I just want to let everyone know that I am not racist, and I think black lives matter." They think it absolves them of responsibility, and makes them feel so virtuous.
