I live in Astoria currently, hopefully not for much longer, and over the summer local restaurants built outdoor patios to comply with the bullshit regs. Just the other week they have started to enclose the patios. Essentially what you have is an enclosed space outside in the street. How does that make sense to any logical person. Why not have people inside rather than a plywood box, some complete with doors and windows, with very poor ventilation. It makes my blood boil. I fucking hate New York. Counting down the days until I move back home to the great state of FL
