IANAL. What I think will happen is that SCOTUS will ask the defendant legislatures to re-examine the votes in their states. Taking into account the invalid voting that occured, and designate the electors based on the laws of the state, not the rules put into effect by the courts/bureaucracies in those states.

Just a reminder, the Texas position is not about fraud, it's about violating the US Constitution by using the defendant states executive power to alter the elections. The power is reserved for the legislatures.
