The infograph is a bit wrong, there were 92 political donations, 4 of which were republican donations but they were all from one person. I'm not sure how many donations each person gave but it could actually be potentially 88 out of 89 donated democrat.

The biggest confounder I see is that developing countries that make the majority of countries along the bottom are not accurately reporting deaths so are going to have artificially low numbers

You must have significant selection bias. I grew up among home schoolers that were scoring in the 90s percentiles regularly. You must only get involved when the student is in a nosedive for some reason.
