I've tried to find info on the judge in who ordered the release of Maxwell's testimony by Thursday (debate day - very suspect timing in my opinion!)
I can't figure out if she's a swamp creature or not. I see some disturbing stuff and some slightly encouraging stuff.

FIRST SITE
Patriot or Trader site - (I've never been to this site before. But info is limited so I'm looking at anything I can find. Not sure how reliable it is. It lists Preska (this judge) and RBG, Comey as traitors. Also list Lindsey Graham as a traiter (In fact, everyone I've viewed is listed as a traiter)
The only good thing I see is that she basically sided against a bunch of swamp creatures in one case - which included Bill Ayers (Obama's terrorist bombing buddy). He was one of multiple people who spoke in support of someone she convicted.

This one is troubling to say the least!!! She previously ordered the destruction of evidence against Epstien, including it seems, list of known people who visited his home. Not sealed. **But DESTROYED. **
Now she is ordering the immediate release of Maxwells' testimony on debate day? She doesn't sound ethical to me! At all.

Perhaps any men who had raped any of those girls will be long in their graves and well-established in the history-books before their having been on Ghislaine Maxwell’s lists will become publicly known. If that turns out to be the outcome, then the girls and the public will be “screwed” yet again, and Judge Preska’s order exhibits no concern about that. A judge is supposed to represent the public’s interests, even in private disputes. But perhaps private interests take precedence in America’s courts. The public’s interests are not even mentioned in the judge’s ruling. Though the word “public” is stated there six times, it never concerns the public’s interests, but only private ones, such as “given the public character of this litigation and what is at stake for the litigants”. What about the public? They’re mentioned only as being voyeurs. Is this American ‘democracy’?
