You are correct. 70-76% of SKs infections were in Daegu so they locked that shit up but they kept social distancing protocols. Pretty much every where else.
The main reason they didn’t lock everyone down was because they didn’t want to be likened to North Korea. The last thing their government wants is for people to believe they are becoming a NK clone.
People have been taking the lockdowns pretty seriously. We also didn’t have any big events with tons of people crowded together. Not many people out at all. Too glued to our phones and too preoccupied with instagram
