Well that's what I'm asking. I pretty much see the insurrection act with military courts and the appointed military court judges as the only option.
Even if these states send new electors aren't the old ones the "certified" ones? 1.) I don't see this happening in the 9-10 days we have left. 2.) When dual slates aren't sent the house and senate have to disagree which slate to us. The disagreement is decided by the majority in each body. A majority of the senate would have to vote one way and a majority of the house would have to vote for the other slate of electors. The house is gonna be majority for Biden. The Senate will too! We have loser Romney, markowski, collins, sassed, and probably more cucked RINOs- probably freaking McConnel! Then, say these RINOs did vote for the trump electors the tie breaker- as reported by the Hill and repeated by rush limbaugh- is the governor of the state with contested electors.
All these states governors rushed the biden electors through certification. They're not gonna now suddenly select the trump electors. They're all cucked RINOs or evil Dems in the case of WI, MI, and PA. I don't believe the argument that pence can just count whatever electors he wants. That doesn't make any sense and we shouldn't have to get the constitution out to know that intuitively. IF someone does have more information on where this is in law it's be great to see.
This is what I'm afraid of. I was saying it 7 days after the election. And really saying it after these cucked state legislatures acted like they were gonna do something and then every single one failed.
My my fear is he hasn't used the insurrection act because he and his team have measured that the military or a certain number of branches won't stand behind him. Even then though, if that calculation was made he should have fired the cucked, commie, bureaucrat Obama generals and leaders and replaced them with true patriot, warrior generals.
To this point above, "well he hasn't done that so that means the military is behind him," isn't a good and certainly not valid argument because he didn't try replacing barr two years ago with anyone, and it's now official that he is a swamp monster. I know the AG has to be confirmed, but trump didn't even try for someone else, so he has hired and left bad Obama actors in place.
If there has EVER been a valid time to use the insurrection act it's now. Foreign actors have been playing the long game slowly taking over our country and now they're reaping their rewards. Had he turned the sources over perhaps Obama and his shadow government DOJ would have been tried and convicted. Perhaps the infrastructure to orchestrate the steal wouldn't have existed and been in place.

I knew the day either come and have wondered who he'd tap as good successor. Before this year I bet thought it'd be like this.
He explicitly said, "there's going to come a day when I can't do this anymore. No I want to though" so for those saying that today might be his goodbye, it certainly isn't planned to be that way. As of today he's planning on being back after Christmas and the new year. I think we're getting close to the end though. I just can't believe it. I've grown up with Rush. I'm a millennial. I'm a farmer. Lots of summers spent growing up on the farm in tractors, out in the shop, and anywhere we could plug a radio in listening to Rush. Now I listen to him everyday out in the shop or at my desk at work. I remember laughing at the funny things he said with my dad on those hot summer days. I hoped to one day share those moments with my son who is 4 years old now. Sadly, I think we all know that's not going to happen. I'm tearing up typing this.
