I went to the rally yesterday, and chatted with one from OH. He had been involved since October and told me people are joining all the time. It's a fairly informal group, you can tell the camaraderie (their group numbered about 30 traveling to DC) as well as the commitment (they go to whereever there's a need).
I asked if it was mainly ex-millitary, and no while there were a number of ex-military, he himself wasn't. Just a trained French chef. (Ha!)
Honest question: should everyone have 2 weeks of food, medicine and supplies for the military scenarios playing out? There would be martial law regarding search-and-seizure, suspending writ of habeas corpus, but would that include strict curfews?
I can imagine round-ups of suspects en-masse, but trying to imagine a lock-down (like at the beginning of COVID) is hard for me to do. Input welcomed on this point.
I attended several hours of the 'March for Trump' rally yesterday in DC.
Had a chance to chat with a Proud Boys member from the MidWest. He has been involved with them since October, was mad as h e l l about what he sees going on, and told me they expected about 1,000 to be present in DC.
Of course everything was fine during the daytime, and sure was great to see them out IN FORCE.
Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections.
WHAT? So Fulton County can wheel out ballots in the middle of the night, Wayne County can wheel in ballots in a red wagon, Michigan can have 1.5M more mail-in ballots than they sent out, and its "never mind Texas, how GA and MI and WI and PA conduct their elections is none of your business"?!?

He claims to be 'left of Bernie', I've read a few of his books and have listened to him through the pandemic (started in late January when he called for a travel ban with China a week or two before Trump did it).
IMHO he's just playing with his audience - basically trolling them at scale. A stunt to show how 'strong his persuasion skills are' or some other such garbage.
Two comments - first, was that the video came from absentee and military ballot counting area, and second, later in the GA testimony yesterday was a woman who as part of the recount effort noticed the identical, unfolded, pristine ballots that were all for Biden.
Thus this was an 'injection' of 20K to 24K ballots (the testimony also said yesterday each suitcase could hold about 6K ballots).
I'd buy you one as well, so make that two.

Almost six weeks after an election, and finally Congress has an actual hearing, only for politicians to listen to people lying.
All with an attitude of 'business as usual'.
