It was a few days ago this tweet chain appeared from a California GOP co-chair and lawyer.
She points out the easy path to victory is 1) cross-referencing people who moved out of state (as identified above) to those states / records of these people having voted in their new state of residence (easy enough to do), and 2) item #127, 'totally fraudulent residence addresses', also easily enough disallowed.
She also includes the fact that 'it is not too late' as votes have to be cast first and then investigated to show fraud has occurred, and that 'these "Braynard" allegations have legs'.

Yes, you are correct, and involves six states: AZ, NV, GA, PA, WI, MI. Not MN.
From the contested 2000 election (Bush/Gore), the 'other side' appeals any loss to the next level until SCOTUS, and that was a few hundred votes in one state. At this point we have six states and millions of votes, and two filings (GA and MI) so far (aka 'The Kraken'). Others are likely to come, or will be part of existing filings (that part to me is now unclear).
FYI I listen to Rudy's YouTube videos, he lays out what they are thinking and you can access them on YT at Rudy's Common Sense here. Rudy said on yesterday's episode his next one will illustrate how he anticipates all the state suits will be combined together.
A state's cheating, compromised votes can be invalidated by the SCOTUS, throwing the state's electors to Trump giving him the 270 he needs. Or, SCOTUS decision could make it so neither side gets to 270 (this part isn't so clear to me) throwing the entire election into the House, where each state gets one vote per party affiliation (and Trump wins 26 to 24).
For those interested in Matt's data, he published it late Monday - I saw this video Tuesday morning and realized this was likely one of the gating items for the #KRACKEN to be put together and drop late Wednesday night.
Five different kinds of fraud, with numbers and percentages of people who may have been victims of voter fraud (i.e. moved to another state and still voted in their 'home' state), or may have been disqualified from voting via absentee ballot submitted in their name, and they go into a 'provisional' ballot that never gets counted.
Plenty of numbers that show how widespread the problem was, represents an enormous amount of work post-election. Likely why the fraud was perpetrated in the first place - with such a short timeframe there isn't much time to get all the data, collect all the witnesses, and file a complaint.
