All the warehouse clubs are an hour drive and I don’t have any memberships due to such. Eating out is covered under a separate budget item.

Some help and hints would be great. We finally have an Aldi here that’s a little cheaper then Wally World but it closes by the time I get out of work. Farmers markets don’t open until the spring/summer.

Rofl It’s only two of us and I budget $1400 for groceries, beer and nicotine lozenges and that’s accurate. Do I get a bag of beans or rice or some extra canned goods I don’t technically need in that? Yes - but with how things are going we won’t starve for months either.
