Arrange to drive over and drop as early as you can during open window. Best is minimum 2 work days prior to Election Day.
If you get it there by end of day the Th before election day these are the FIRST RESULTS most Counties report; electronic polling booth votes second, and in person paper ballots as verified.
Next they are sorting and verifying mailed ballots received BY election day morning.
Then those mailed and received after election day but postmarked by election day.
Last or in between are provisional in person ballots verified and counted or rejected as bad.

I was raised entirely outside any organized religion, many generations not even fronting in my family by the time I was born, and the deep values of beong a good person are remarkably similar.

It was an innoculation against Russiagate and the Dem or "liberal org" narratives, and made many side eye every claim in media. Not enough to sway many of us to vote Trump in 2016, but enough to cause resistance to buying the bullshit.
