Well, that alone is a crime, and hopefully a wake up call to other states. Also, what is to stop the senate from requesting the same materials from Pinal county? I heard they had some issues as well, but they have been off the radar because of maricopa. If the bill gets past the house and is signed, the senate should be able to subpoena them and move much quicker. Also, did a judge just rule that the senate has the authority to request these materials? I saw the Arizona guy report on that yesterday but no one else reported it.
Ban all voting machines as well. There is no such thing as secure large scale electronic voting.
My concern is if he takes the case, removes all election material from the BoS, and promptly seals it up because it is evidence in an ongoing investigation, and the senate doesn’t get access to it for years. Is that too pessimistic? These people have been planning and thinking about this for years. We seem to have just sat down to the chess game that is already half played.
This election was such a sham. And by sham, I mean treason.
Thanks, I’ll have to watch later.
What are the odds of passing the house? I believe it is 31-30 republicans to democrat?
Now remove voting machines completely. There is no level of security that counteracts the centralization of power that the voting machines allow. Other countries have prohibited them, we should be next.
I saw in a youtube discussion board there was this one person who was basically calling everyone stupid for wanting something more than the BoS is giving them. I mentioned that Antrim County investigations revealed missing logs in the machines. This is his reply:
"Actually, in Antrim County they found no such thing. The “audit” there was performed by Russel Ramsland, a man so completely unqualified and so incompetent that he couldn’t even figure out what version of the software he was “auditing,” and so ended up using the wrong technical manuals. This should come as no surprise since in his earlier “sworn affidavits” he couldn’t even tell the difference between Michigan and Minnesota. "
I then made a point of stating that the people currently auditing are not qualified to do forensic audits. His reply:
"They are literally the ONLY companies on the planet experienced, accredited and qualified to do EITHER an initial certification OR a forensic audit of voting systems. There are no others"
Do you have thoughts for this guy? He comes across as a jackwagon.
Is this the current suit that was made by the Libertarians? And do I understand they are claiming it is NOT an audit of the election they are performing, therefore observers are not necessary? That might be the one thing I agree with them about, there is NOT an audit of the election being performed, there is a coverup being performed.
This also means the senate could just request pinal county as well. They had issues too, but all the focus has been maricopa. Why not?
What. In. The. Actual. Heck.
Don’t see how he could veto it without exposing himself for president hat they say, and that is the one pulling the strings in the background to block these audits. He might been painted into a corner here. Veto might not be an option.
But nobody can see them without a really really really good reason.
It is called, 'fortifying' the votes. Get your terminology right.
I don't want congress touching voting fraud investigations. At least at the local and state levels there is a better hope of it not getting covered up. I know, I said BETTER hope. We still do have local politicians covering it up anyway. The less centralized the investigations are, the better.
I don't know about reversible, but I'm hoping for a big, fat, red pill for people who are still on the fence, if they can prove these machines are facilitators for fraud.
Time for what? If they did destroy ballots and wipe machines, it is then just a matter of time before that is discovered, and that is a guaranteed federal charge right there. I suppose it is better than election fraud and treason, since that couldn't be proven, right?
Boyer stabbed them (all of us) in the back. The Senate almost had it. I'm not going to throw them under the bus, although we have been ignoring the fact that every Democrat is blocking transparency as well. We don't talk about it because its not a surprise, but they are betraying their country as well.
I like the sounds of all that. However, my guess is that all the ballots (if they exist) and the machines (if they have not all been wiped), will be entered into evidence, and there will be no access to them for like five years because of, you know, legal stuff.
I'm becoming a pessimist, I know. I hope the Treasurer can take possession so the Senate can perform a real audit and help me sleep at night. This crap has to stop.
I just found out Nebraska recently purchased Dominion systems for 93 counties. The news story was... ding ding ding! 2019. Why does it seem like multiple states purchased new Dominion machines heading into the 2020 election? I wonder if there were a coordinated effort across the country to do that? And I wonder which politicians and lobbyists were pushing them? Follow the money there. No, seriously, someone follow that money. I have to get back to work.
Florida may have still had some machine shenanigans going on, but their voting rules were strong enough after Bush v Gore that Trump overcame the machine fixing, and they couldn't 'fortify' the election with 'fortified' extra ballots.
I was looking earlier too, and nothing. When this censorship prevents embarrassing videos from town halls to be posted, or shadow banned, the communist takeover is complete.
Yes, I've seen that. The story felt like the state DOJ was not going to pursue it. I have been following Arizona much closer.
It drives you crazy, doesn't it? This discrepancy in the vote totals when compared to a hand recount, nobody knows why, but NOBODY will do a forensic audit of the machines that came up with the bad count in the first place.
If we are insisting on machines doing the vote tally, then every single damn one of those machines better have a forensic audit done on them the day after every election, because it is either that, or we junk them all and go back to paper ballots and hand counts.
What happened in Vermont??
Thanks! After watching, I’d like to see the full unedited clip. These appeared to be the moments after or in between questions. I’m not doubting his decline, it is really sad, but this video is edited too much to be convincing to a Joe Biden fan (I assume there are some.)
