Not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure dominion isn't required to provide anything to Rudy. Rudy has to prove his claims with whatever info he already has.
Are they parsing the difference between banning fracking outright and banning new leases?
Let's cut the crap. Biden came into office and pretty much banned as much as he could possibly ban on day 1. No new leases. No new exploration.
Is this President a friend to the oil industry? Is he committed to energy independence? Is he committed to energy jobs?
So far, he has demonstrated that he is committed to dismantling as much of the oil and natural gas industry as quickly as he can.

Biden is walking past two marines and says "mumble...mumble Marines".
It sounds like he could be saying "Salute the Marines." The claim is that someone told him to salute the Marines, and instead, he simply said, "Salute the Marines."
I couldn't figure out what he said until someone offered up "Good looking Marines." Listening to it again, that sounds more accurate.
He's still a dottering old man, but I don't think he said "Salute the Marines."
All the little Senators and Congressmen giving them permission to sleep in their offices... like that's any real sacrifice on their part.
Meanwhile, Trump offers up HIS property at HIS expense.

It went pretty quick I’m hoping they don’t come back But someone seriously said that my wife and I were inside the capital and we were bragging online that we were selling the computer.
That right there sounds like a criminal offense.
The assault was pre-planned, which she would have known if she had waited for evidence instead of impeaching the President because "Orange Man Bad."
Unfit for office.
This whole mess keeps reminding me of King Richard and Prince John. We just need a good folk song like "Prince John, the phony king of england."
History rhymes.
It IS a problem, but it's not a problem that's solved by calling these people conspiracy theorists or repeating mantra's that these claims are unsupported (they are supported) or that there is no evidence (there is evidence) or that federal courts / investigators haven't found any evidence of fraud (they haven't looked).
Whoever this is. If she thinks mass skepticism is a problem, then she should support all efforts to perform a forensic audit of the 2020 election to demonstrate beyond reasonable doubt that fraud did not occur.
This is the single issue that now comes before all others.
Voting isn't the only way to get what we want. We need to be loud and belligerent. We need to make their working lives miserable in any way we can (outside of violence) until each and every state passes significant voter reforms.
Exactly this.
It was a deep state tool during the J Edgar days.
It was a deep state tool during the Nixon years (Mark Felt, aka "Deepthroat").
It was a deep state tool during the Obama years.
Seems like America has been operating on a baseless assumption that the FBI was ever worth a damn.
Red is the glowiest glow that ever glowed. Standard issue Antifa black bloc with a hyper red sweatshirt over the top to "blend in".
"This is going to be a great time to invest in American business," said absolutely no one on the planet.
Once again, the mere presence of a liberal president will tank the economy because now one is dumb enough to risk their capital in a nation when you never know when the president is going to destroy your business for absolutely arbitrary reasons.
We definitely learned who is trustworthy and who is not, didn't we.
Chicago am radio listeners are very familiar with "Shaun from Elmwood Park" (though his cigar shop is in elmhurst). He routinely calls in to Dan Proft's morning show with prepared remarks. He became so popular that he would routinely fill in for hosts in vacation. I don't know what their real relationship is, but it sure seems like Dan can't stand him (though I don't think Dan likes anyone, really).
Be advised, he's no die hard Trump supporter. Definitely more of a Ron Paul libertarian. He would consistently criticize Trump, especially his spending. That said, he's a true patriot that loves America, liberty, prosperity, peace, and hates commies.
Here's a smattering of Shaun on Joe Biden:

The "Joe" he refers to that he would punch in the face is Joe Walsh.
You really can't compare the two:
Legitimacy of grievance - floyd wasn't killed by police. He od'd. AG ellison held back that information intentionally to stir up anger. Statistical evidence suggests blacks are killed more often but police because they have higher crime rates, not because police are racist. In the other hand, there are thousands of known cases of fraud, hundreds of eye witnesses to procedural cuisine, and hundreds of thousands of irregularities. The media may deny that there is proof, but we're not really at the proof stage. We have more than established probable cause demanding a full investigation, which is primarily what we want.
Severity of damage - BLM racked up billions in damages and dozens of lives. No comparison.
Target - BLM largely targeted private citizens and business in what can rightly be called a terror campaign. The maga mob was entirely directed at elected officials. BLM targeted the innocent, maga targeted the guilty.
Demands - aside from Marxist crack pottery and political non starters like defund the police, BLM had no specific actionable demands. Racial equity is a lofty goal, but after months of protests I personally have no idea what they want us to do to help them achieve that goal. Maga protesters, however, have specific actionable demands: a forensic audit and investigation into irregularities and bad actors, return electoral votes in question back to state legislatures to be confirmed or modified, and implement laws that ensure that voter identity is confirmed and only legitimate ballots are counted.
100% this. Stop dooming and take action in a substantive way that could seriously make a difference.
-demand voter id -end mail in ballots -demand proof of citizenship to register
I'm struck by the notion that Rush is facing death, and how the knowledge of his almost certain impending death has liberated him to say whatever the hell he wants, because their is nothing of consequence that they can do to him.
Since I joined TD I assumed VD was the blog of which we do not speak, so I was surprised to say the least to see a post stickied to the front page.
I don't really care about twitter, but apple and Google need to face anti trust suits immediately for blocking Parler. Same with payment processors and banks that defund gun manufacturers. These companies became gigantic through acquisitions approved by the FTC and now they are clearly abusing their massive market share and engaging in anti competitive practices that are severely restricting choices.
Wow. Solid. It's a real struggle to keep an eternal perspective. I know American politics are important, but I also know it's not ultimate, and it's hard to focus on the eternal when the temporal is trying to fuck your shit up.
Angrier. But also more determined and honestly more hopeful after watching Trump's recent speech. I'm not looking to the next 2 weeks, or 2 years. I'm looking out to the next 2 generations.
Live for today, plan for tomorrow. We have battles to fight right now, that's for sure, but we also have strategy to develop. Not just for 2022, or 2024, but for 2032, and 2048 and beyond.
I'm impressed. That takes courage. It's not easy pushing against the zeitgeist. Political violence is often acceptable and even moral and honorable, especially when it is a response to political aggression and it's being used to protect and defend the natural rights of the people.
This sounds like a real messed up family situation all around.
