Covid 19 was racing through the US for at least a month before the chinese doctors found it. These doctors were the ones that had the inclination to test for something odd first. (Before COVID) In the US during flu season if you are sick and you do not have the flu its a cold or a cough and you will be fine.... My whole family was sick in early December with something none of us had ever seen before and a cough that hung on for weeks. If i took an antibody test i bet i would test positive.
