Yes, right. Maybe New Hampshire would. I'm disappointed (but not surprised) that New York is supporting the defendants.
Ohio sued PA a month ago already.
Damn. About time the states stepped in to argue their own disenfranchisement caused by bad-actor states.
Mail-in ballots are the Democratic gateway to fraud. Say what you want about changing votes electronically, mail-in fraud is the #1 way to do it. I almost guarantee that PA was stolen through extensive mail-in fraud. You have time to gather the ballots and provide false information to make them look unique; you have time to go thru voter rolls to find ballots to falsify; you have time and opportunities to get them to the election counting sites. The chain-of-custody of mail-in ballots is not as direct as in-person ballots. It's ridiculous. We're at a point in time that we cannot even entrust those who count the ballots.
If this is true, it's virtually statistically impossible. Even assuming that, in Fulton County, the military preferred Biden 75%/25%, the odds of this is about 3.6 * 10^-111 percent. Even if the military in Fulton County preferred Biden 99%/1% (which itself is an almost impossible result), the odds are only 1%. Not a believable result.
What those who claim "there is no fraud" don't realize, is that in real-life scenarios, it's extraordinarily rare to find instances where a given population supports one candidate >90% of the time. Even in the most heavily Democratic precincts it's rare to find the Democrat candidate take more than 85% of the vote.
Here's your "deeply popular candidate" for you...no way this man received 80 million votes. He's not popular on the right or left...maybe there's some neolibs and neocons supporting him.
Pennsylvania's supposed results are complete garbage. Trump won PA in actuality by a significantly higher margin than even 2016. A systemic removal of Trump votes + influx of fake Biden votes swung the state.
Absolutely no way. Trump received over 11 million additional votes compared to 2016. Disregarding the obvious cheating, he should have won New Mexico, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, as well as potentially New Hampshire and Virginia.
This is not true. There were 2.629 million absentee ballots returned in PA. However, the results as stated are OVERWHELMINGLY improbable, to the point where it's worth evaluating fraud. Mail-in ballots are where the fraud originated. Even with Biden receiving 99% of the Democrat mail-in vote, 10% of the Republican mail-in vote and 80% of the Independent/3rd-party vote, he still would haven't garnered the reported vote! Republican ballots were almost certainly rejected/thrown out/miscounted; Democrat ballots were infused with at least 100,000 fakes/illegitimate ballots if not more.
In WI, to obtain an absentee ballot, you are required to provide a scan of your driver's license with the application.
Indefinitely confined voters are exempt from that.
The statistical results for mail-in ballots was ridiculous, beyond statistically improbable. The election was probably stolen in a variety of ways; tampering with voting machines, dead people voting, adding illegitimate voters to the rolls on election night, changing electronic vote totals, preventing poll-watchers from viewing, etc, etc. but the NUMBER #1 source was definitely mail-in votes. If you were going to rig an election, you'd push for extensive mail-in voting. Why? It gives you plenty of time to rig up how many ballots you need. It gives you time to throw out the opposition's ballots. The chain of custody for these ballots passes through the US Postal Service -- which by the way endorsed Joe Biden!
The only question is: what fraud will be figured out before states are certified in the electoral college? Probably not enough. Unfortunately the true significance of fraud probably won't be known for years. My own estimate is that there is at an unexplainable difference of 250K votes in PA alone.
It's supposed to be that the signature on an absentee ballot is compared to a signature on file for the voter -- this could be a driver's license or state-issued ID. Absentee's aren't really secret ballots. The rejection rate for absentee ballots for this election was absurdly low.
Matching signatures on absentee ballots is virtually the only way to (mostly) ensure that the person who filled in the ballot is the actual voter. Without that, it's meaningless, you cannot prove who filled in the ballot.
