I am still working busily learning graphic design so I can finish the 4 pepes I saw in a weird dream last week lol. Not very good with this graphics stuff.

But that was a nice pic regardless :-).

WOOHOO! Let me get my virtual wallet....

And you have excellent taste! Just enough muscle, but still looks cuddly. Sadly, he is missing a cowboy hat. Oh, well.

Yeah, the "hot" tab got rather weird late last night. Take mom on here during the day, on the NEW tab not hot. New is better anyway, since sometimes inaccurate shit hits Hot before it gets corrected by facts.

I actually was wondering how faulty my memory was, so I dug up pics of old style sailor suits, and found a few childhood pics of me in mine lol. My memory was mostly accurate. But I guess I will keep looking. Somebody must make one somewhere. Heck, maybe I could buy one from a theater or something lol.

ROFL. I love it when Rand gets rolling with this kind of thing. Good for him!

I have no doubt that everywhere ES&S or Dominion is used, there was likely fraud. I know damned well there was in my county in AZ. And I also think Mc Connell likely benefitted from it.

THIS. Truth. no matter who gets the oval office this is inevitable. TRUMP won it. If he gets it, the left will go nuts. And if Senile Joe manages his steal, then the Patriots may finally cross the line.

Yep, and it is one of many reasons we are leaving AZ though not the primary reason.

We can't deal with them if we can't keep them relatively concentrated.

55 here, so technically behind me too I suppose. But yeah, I figured there must be a good old fashioned sailor suit somewhere in the world. While the descriptions call them "retro" sailor suits, they are NOT the ones I remember.

I would love to see families. I tend to simply scroll past the bikini babes, and not upvote them. I have noticed the tone of posts changes quite a lot between day and night, just like any city in the real world does.

But families would be nice.

SAME HERE. I finally got myself well enough to start swimming again a few years ago. And damn, it was nearly impossible to find a modest, ordinary swimsuit that wasn't almost deliberately ugly. It was demoralizing in a way. I did finally luck out and get a basic black one that wasn't hideous. But it sucked. I didn't want one that would attract strangers, but I at least wanted my hubby to think I looked pretty in it...

If you happen to know where I can find a good old fashioned sailor type swimsuit that isn't open down to the danged belly button in front, I'd appreciate a link lol.

Well I certainly wouldn't object lol. Though many of the male models out there are just too ripped/shredded/whatever for my taste. I do like natural musculature on a male. I do not like those overly defined huge muscles with veins and things. I don't find the Hulk type dudes attractive.

Muscular but still cuddly males are really appealing. Especially in cowboy hats.

I am 55, and 2 of my friends in 1st grade died of FLU. In any given year, half my class would be out sick, some hospitalized, during flu season. Without even trying I can think of 25 people I have known who died of flu. About a 1/3 of them healthy people, and young/younger people.

No nightly flu death tallies. No lockdown, masks, social distancing or hand sanitizer. No temperature checks everywhere. No public figures taking vaccines on the news, except during the 76/77 epidemic with the rushed badly designed vaccine that killed some people and gave a lot more neurological issues. And even then, there were only a few photo op flu shots.

There were posters reminding us to cough into our elbows and wash our hands, and when you brought homework to sick friends you sat across the room from them.

All this hysteria over COVID is frankly bizarre. But I can absolutely see why the leftists capitalized on this "pandemic", since it allowed them to really crank up the propaganda machine while everyone was locked down and socially isolated.

Yep. And sometimes it can be ugly and frightening when you see it in the real world.

Yep, we are moving in a few weeks to a much deeper red area. After 3+ decades in the desert, if I never see another cactus I will be happy. I am actually looking forward to SNOW again lol.

And looking forward to being around sane people. We spent the summer in a sane area, and coming back to Tucson was horrible.

Because, quite simply put, their psychosis doesn't allow them to accurately understand what happiness is.

Psychotics have a highly skewed view of reality, inconsistent with objective reality. Their emotional landscape is similarly skewed. So they are caught in a toxic situation where they firmly believe they should be "happy", due to the cognitive dissonance. And when what is left of their minds and emotions rebels against that, it makes them miserable. And when they allow themselves to experience actual happiness, they get really pissed off, because the damaged part of them sees it as wrong.

So in order to get any peace, they retreat back into their psychosis, wherever they happen to be. This is why mass migration from blue to red areas is a really bad thing. As a general rule, you don't want to live with lunatics.

Well, having been to very large protests long long ago, I can tell you that mobs operate differently than individuals.

If enough people spontaneously decide to become unpeaceful or antisocial, it's going to get really wild.

As to protection: be sure to bring your lunch. Nice large cans of chili, some canned fruit for your vitamin C, and a really sturdy fork. They should be in a durable dark cloth bag.

Naturally, you do not want to swing that bag around exuberantly, because it can cause serious injury. And dent your lunch. Don't forget the can opener.

From past experience, the best defense items at protests are not what one considers weapons generally. I have seen people use canes, umbrellas, flag poles, belts, socks filled with rocks (black ones), wasp spray or other propellants of all kinds.

I am still going through the intellectual property part of things, trying to get a TLDR small enough to post here. This is difficult due to all the other laws this part of the bill links to.

Well that must have been interesting! While I am not a tech person, I do love hearing stories from tech people about how things work. My first computer was a Ti-99 way back in the day. It took me hours, but I programmed it in BASIC to play Mary Had a Little Lamb while the screen changed color.

I saved the program on a cassette tape lol.

My, times have changed.
