That's true, I do fear that I'll get to the point that I'll never leave the house again if another lockdown happens.
Where is that happening? I'm in Hawaii and all it took was one complaint to the Governor's office and they corrected the issue within two days. I cant wear a mask because my service dog can't do her job when I have one on. I also have a note from the Dr. stating that I cant wear one.
They can't do that, that discriminates against people with medical conditions and that is a protected class.
The only fear with this route is proving the fraud part. Will it be sufficient enough to prove that it happened, or do they have to prove the people who did it also? We all know it happened, but proving who exactly the intentional bad actors may be harder to prove.

They have to kill it. When it was approved, it was only done because Robert's edited the legislation twice and put a punishment in there. Since then the Republicans killed the mandate which took away the punishment, therefore killing the act.
I think your numbers are off. The last report that I saw said that he was down 15k votes with 70k left to count. Plus I wouldn't trust NYT numbers.

I bet they cracked the algorithm in Scorecard. They probably figured out that once a certain threshold was met, the vote count was adjusted by a certain amount to favor the dems.
