Enough red states should join the National Popular Vote Compact to give it the legal force. After that they could just manufacture the needed amount of votes to always win the popular vote and the elections.

As per the SCOTUS ruling other states wouldn't be able to stop this :D They didn't even care that there were more votes than residents in some counties so I don't see why it would be different regarding states.

Now obviously we know the blue states are already manufacturing the votes so it might get quite competitive and there probably would be billions of votes, but at least this way republicans would have a chance to win (even after a Biden admin).

Or am I just bargaining? :D
