I've been sitting here sitting at an empty text box for at least five minutes now while trying to think of what to say. But I can't.
How can you reduce the gratitude and patriotism (and also rage at the forces of evil) felt during all of what has transpired in the last three and a half years into a mere few paragraphs? I can't. I can't put that into words.
But what I can do is this:
Mr. President, from the bottom of my little heart, thank you.
Thank you for sacrificing what could have been an enjoyable retirement and trading it in for ridicule, hatred, and constant berating.
Thank you for standing up against evil and not backing down.
Thank you for displaying a love for this nation that is so infectious that, when you walk into an arena with thousands of people, everyone can feel it.
Thank you for fighting to keep our nation's heritage on display instead of letting it be torn down by the angry mob.
Thank you for protecting the most innocent and young members of our society—the children.
Thank you for defending the church and religious freedoms (which are still being attacked by tyrannical liberal governors to this day).
No matter what happens between now and November 3rd, no matter what sort of meddling garbage the left tries to pull, please know that you have quite literally MILLIONS of patriots standing with you, and we love you regardless.
Mr. President, I truly believe God has ordained you for this time and this season. Sure, no one is perfect, but seeing your background and the experiences you have in the many avenues of life, there is no doubt in my mind that each of those have shaped you into the leader you are today. Your heart and love for the people of this country radiates in your speeches and from your countenance. It's my dream to one day be able to just give you a big ol' hug, because that's the best way I know to convey the love that I (and the American people) have for you.
