SCOTUS would issue an injunction ordering Pence to count the certified electors, no "hearing of evidence" necessary. At this point, Pence could get next-level ballsy and defy the court (that should set up a fun time on the 6th). The PA SoS got away with laughing in Alito's face, so there's precedent there.
Yep, too much evidence of fraud has been made public. Even if Trump were to suddenly decide to concede and try to calm his supporters - it wouldn't work.
