I said this weeks ago when a construction company was sending a mobile vaccine van to a jobsite. You can't sue the vaccine maker or sue medical places but a private small business? They won't protect. We already have covid on our small business workers comp policy bin CA- & how the hell can it be traced to a workplace being liable? What about flu? Or tuberculosis if contract it at work? Buncha bullshit. If you're injured or killed by vaccine & a private business forces you - I think the injured party can sue.

Vaccinated people are spreading it because they still catch & spread it but don't stay home because they feel fine - the unvaccinated are more likely to feel sick and stay home. It is a 99.98% survivable virus and nobody should be advised to take an experimental gene therapy without informed consent - even elderly should only decide voluntarily after weighing the risks case by case. A nurse on the phone with my adult son - told him his vaccine appointment was ready and he said " I am going to hold off on that ". No one has pressured me but - random acquaintances keep asking my husband if he got or is getting the vaccine and he gives them an earful. Not getting it. 2020 & covid weaponized by these corrupt, untrustworthy people -- just NO WAY. I can't figure out how medical privacy has vaporized during this... so now - complete strangers bring it up . Also, many of the people I love seem to feel like if they cannot travel or fly - they'll just cave in and get the vaccine eventually. Makes me sad. I'm not getting the shot & I'm feeling angry about the nose swabs to have any preventative health care .
