I don't know why this has become a political issue. I am conservative, support Trump, and also have a pregnant wife. We wear masks when we go to the grocery store. How is this a political thing? COVID is obviously a real virus, some say worse than flu and some say not as bad but the reality is that we don't really know yet. I for one don't want my wife and child to be the guinea pigs. I follow lots of conservative instagram accounts and find it troubling that some of them are now saying masks are the first step onto the slippery slope of oppression and big brother government control...No, I just don't want to get sick and neither does my wife. WTF is going on here?

Basically the title. I hardly recognize our country these days. I worry that Trump has been put in the ultimate Catch-22. Damned if you do nothing, damned if you crush the communist revolution. Pedes, we were blessed with the greatest country in the world and the greatest President in her history. Keep praying for our President and our country. Everyone has a responsibility, now more importantly than ever, to get out and vote in November. You can bet your ass the left will vote in full force this year. If we lose in November, I fear the American way of life will be lost too.
