Lots of confusion around the law suits--it's even hard for lawyers to keep track of.

There are actually at least three major suits in PA (that we know of). 1)Kelly, Parnell et al v. Pennsylvania about Article 77 in the state courts, which had a recent unfavorable ruling 2) Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. v. Boockvar (Middle District of Pennsylvania) which is Rudy's federal case that had a recent negative ruling in the 3rd Circuit (includes equal protection claim about curing ballots), and 3)Penn.Rep. Party v. Boockvar filed in October which is presently at the SCOTUS (about the late ballots) awaiting a decision on whether SCOTUS will hear it (this was where Alito ordered the segregation of ballots). Track this one on SCOTUS website, docket No. 20-542

In MI, there is Costantino v. City of Detroit filed in the Wayne County Circuit Court, seeking an audit because of no observers and fraudulent ballots, which the MI Supreme Court said raised serious and disturbing allegations of election fraud, and Sidney Powell's similar Federal suit filed recently in Eastern District of Michigan (King v. Whitmer and Benson),

In GA, there is Lin Wood's Federal suit about the Consent Decree (Wood v. Raffensperger, Northern District of Georgia (Atlanta Div.)) and Sidney Powell's fraudulent ballot/Dominion suit (Pearson v. Kemp and Raffensperger) in the Northern District of Georgia (Atlanta Div)

Bear in mind, each time a suit is filed, an injunction request (also called a TRO request) may also be filed, so some rulings and appeal rulings relate to the injunctions not the main suit. However, after some are filed, they can also be the subject of a motion to dismiss as frivolous or for lack of standing--without consideration of the evidence on the merits, and the dismissals are sometimes appealed. Best to track these on the websites of the respective courts if possible.
