We can all share a nice laugh at this meme knowing that Bernie will never be POTUS.

Thank you! I made the same comment. Wtf is a mid sized station?? It would be a mid sized market, which still doesn’t really say much. Also, no one spells it “pre-empted”. It’s just “preempted”.

This guy understands how it works.

Right. Also, there are 200+ TV markets with multiple stations in each. It would be impossible to visit each one individually like this. If this is real they would only need to contact the corporate office of the station group owner who would then put the word out to their stations. For example. Sinclair broadcasting owns over 100 stations alone. They would just need to tell them and the they would communicate it to all of their GMs in a corporate communication.

That’s what a preemption is...

I’m gonna say Larp. People that work in TV know how to spell the word preempted. They also don’t say mid sized station. They say “a TV station in a mid sized market”.

Beto! It is short for Roberto, not Robert! He is totally Hispanic and he rides a skateboard and was in a band and took peyote in the desert and even tried to prank his wife by making her eat baby poop saying it was avocado... ITS JUST A PRANK BRO BETO IS SO COOL! - The Media circa 2018.

Getting upset over the Zodiac thing would be incredibly stupid on his behalf considering he was born in 1970 lol, it is literally impossible.

100% this. I'm second generation Californian. Both sets of grandparents came out here after WW2 for opportunities (all born and raised in the mid-west). So now two generations later and I'm ready to get my family the hell out.

Californian here, can confirm checking Coeur d'alene real estate regularly. Mostly just curious, but maybe one day.

Even the Sheriff of Los Angeles is not going to enforce it. At the most they said they would respond to break up large scale parties, but otherwise have no intention of policing businesses or individuals.

Very true. When we had our miscarriage I was there for my wife in every way possible. I got her home from the doctors office following the D&C (missed miscarriage at 6 weeks), made her comfortable, brought her food and water and then went to go pee and instead found myself sitting on the bathroom floor crying for about 5 minutes. Gathered myself up and went back to my husbandly duties.

Everyone will tell you and your wife that it is "common" and "happens to lots of women". Those people think they are being comforting, when in reality they are being dismissive of the pain and grief you and your wife are feeling. So sorry for your loss.

So sorry for your loss and completely understand your anger. I had to wait in the car outside of the hospital because of big bad Covid while my wife took our four year old in to the ER a month ago. This was the same weekend that crowds gathered in front of the WH to celebrate Biden's "win". Fuck them.

The measurement equipment they install in your home comes with a remote control. Each person in the home is assigned a button and they have to push it every so often to let Nielsen know they are still watching. If they don't check in Nielsen stops counting.

Here is an example, why someone is selling on ebay is beyond me lol.

He's a good guy. One year my boss screwed me over on my Christmas bonus check. Instead of a big bonus I got a membership in the jelly of the month club. I was pretty bummed because I was going to use the money to put in a pool. Anyways, he drove all the way over to my bosses house on Christmas day, tied him up and brought him back to my house. Made my boss see the error of his ways and I got my bonus after all (although the swat team ruined our home in the process). Thankfully my boss was understanding and saw the error of his ways. Even his wife was pissed at him for cancelling the bonuses!

Roger Ailes probably spinning in his grave. He famously went after the urban viewers knowing that there was a large conservative base being underserved on cable news TV while other media executives scoffed at him for not caring about appealing to the coastal cities. How times have changed...

Even here in Los Angeles county the Sheriff said that his office would only be enforcing non-essential businesses being open past curfew, would not pursue individuals. Don't get me wrong, still sucks about the non-essential businesses but the fact that they are even half way going against the order is pretty profound.
