We already know the news companies are corrupt. Knowing doesn't change that you are beholden. Quit expecting somebody else to save you and go start organizing.
I have most of that, except we're Buddhist (they're very accepting though). She keeps in shape, thinks political correctness is pathetic, and is wonderful to spend time with. The one caveat is, I don't know what to say about clingy or not because we rarely have any reason to be apart these days. We live in communist-occupied Washington state at the moment unfortunately so there's beyond nothing to do right now aside from hike and garden.
She's also a ridiculously hard worker. Rural girls are the best. You can take your girl out of the village, but you can't take the village out of your girl.

I got into Dave Ramsey and a few others early, and have been working in challenging technical jobs since I could drive, paid my way through a local college. I'm right there with you on that! SE Asia has lots of people that get the money thing, but you can find trash or gold in any culture, so, don't expect a culture to make up the difference for a woman who's just an intrinsically bad person.

🤣 Just a fellow victim of growing up in progressive shitholes where the women have been trained to be so low class, the women from elsewhere become the obvious choice for anyone with a hint of ambitious spirit.
I made friends all over the world as a result of both my upbringing and college, which put me in a lot of different circles of people and allowed me to have objective clarity about how ass backwards the progressive utopia i came from was at an early age. This set the stage for me to meet a lot of women from other cultures with totally different demands and masculinity definitions. Some of them were good, some bad, some were good but a bad match.
I eventually found her through random chance on Facebook via some common thing we both commented on. One random friend request and a couple years of life events later, and now we're knocking out financial milestones together and planning our next trip.
It really helps to understand and build yourself up first and build your confidence and self control.
