Maybe. What I’m more so thinking will happen is they will take a few cases where they will draw it out as long as possible, make it very expensive, win, then make examples out of the plaintiffs by counter suing for abuse of process and legal fees. After a few of those, nobody will sue them anymore. It will simply be too expensive and their track record of winning cases like that will make future suits less likely anyway. Just a thought.
