Not OP, but I think what he’s saying is that the Constitution can be changed, but there’s a process for that. A justice can’t just rule against precedent or based on their personal feelings to change what the Constitution really means.
Does anyone have like a PDF or list of taking points we can use? It’d be helpful to have all the evidence in one place.
I think per the constitution the President and VP have to be from the same party, so AFAIK the situation you described couldn’t happen. That said, yes vote in the runoff
