The thing is, it wouldn't be moot if the legislatures in numerous states decertified the election. SCOTUS may rule against them and solidify the death of the U.S. Constitution but if we find out that Trump won the election, there is a high chance that the legislatures will rescind their electoral votes. This presents a constitutional crisis that SCOTUS can't ignore.
Now the scary part: What if they don't find anything?
If Windham, Fulton and Maricopa all come back clean, then we are going to legit look like conspiracy nuts if we peddle that the election was stolen. This leads me to your second question, the most likely scenario:

Constitutional crisis. It will go to the courts, and ultimately before SCOTUS. There is nothing in the constitution that explains what happens when an election is fraudulent. Uncharted territory for sure.
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisor's actions convinced me that this election was stolen. Everything else aside, those 4 Republicans and 1 Democrat violated numerous state laws to obstruct a constitutional process. For what reason? Like, why did they do it? We are probably going to find out in 2 months time.

If the Democrats believe that it's racist to force everyone to require an ID to vote, then why don't they give a $150 grant to people who struggle to cover the cost to get an ID(I know that ID can be free, but I am referring to an ACLU study that shows exterior costs)?

Look at the results for Suffolk County in 2016 v 2020. ABC News called Long Island Trump county on election night and then he only won by like 200 votes. We are very pro Trump out here. If the upcoming audits in Arizona and New Hampshire expose the fraud, we have a chance. We need to first uncover what's actually going on with the machines before we can ever hope to have an honest and fair election ever again.

The Constitution is open to interpretation. Yes, the EC vote matters but so does Article 2 Section 1 and the 14th amendment.
What will happen is every state legislature/AG will go through the process of appealing to the Supreme Court and what happens from there.... Most likely them overturning the election or giving patriots just cause for a civil war.

UPDATE: Maricopa County supervisors will hand over ballots, voting machines and other materials to Arizona Senate for another hand count & audit of 2020 election results, after court ruling earlier today.
So what happens if they do find that Biden actually didn't win AZ and other states? Can the election still be overturned and Biden removed from office?
