Compared to other ones ive seen sent to other people they are going after for defamation (eg Wood / Powell) is rather different and tells me a few things:
- they aint got shit Mellissa yet
- they REALLY dont like the things she's said
- the things she has said are likely true because they don't refute them, they only say they arent based in reality (weird im fairly sure she is real) and that she doesnt have any corroborating evidence (since when does a witness need corroborating evidence - if i saw a murder and reported it to police are they expecting me to bring the murder weapon to?)
- they are on a phishing expedition and cant believe her affidavit is her own creation (odd because after hearing her speak im fairly sure it is, and if not she seems smart and convincing enough that they wont be able to prove otherwise without evidence)
- this is the rudest legal letter i've ever seen and i feel its merely theatre... cleaning glass? She could have been hired to sit and just look pretty, doesnt have anything to do with what she did or didnt see
My non-legal advice to her would be simply, keep being you and hold the muthafucken line cause you got them worried! Give them nothing and say nothing.

if 4 happens, there will almost certainly be an article by NYT or similar about how Trump is a "sore loser" and harming "our democracy" or other such stupid derogatory or made-up catch phrases intended to become hashtags. They'll basically go on the attack saying its time to give it up and just admit defeat, they are following procedure or constitution or something and its not going to work.

Biden will make a brief appearance on stage in a pre-recorded message they'll try pass off as live. There might be say 50 elite people in attendance standing in stupid circles or honking from their car a mile away. He'll walk up on stage and say thankyou in rapid fire bursts then awkward pauses and his really weird grin from the side of his mouth, (its his tell / evil guy wink). He'll stumble around looking lost for a bit and Jill wil, shuffle him over to the microphone - she will not leave his side like a handler with a convict. He'll and declare he's won, "you people" have been "great and patient" and "i told ya we would won" (yes won not win, he'll stuff up words like that and the MSM will ignore it).. then he'll end with some babble about it being a long hard faught election, he got the most votes and demand unity yet again. Jill will then quickly pull him away, he'll do something awkward on the exit.. dunno what but it will be new.

After careful examination of past articles in MSM i think i've figured out why NY times and friends arent covering any of the whistleblowers and witness testimony.

TLDR - I THINK THERE ARE UP TO 13,000 DUPLICATE (6500 unique) BALLOTS IN ABSENTEE BATCHES FOR FULTON - peer review and feedback wanted please!
Okay, so as most people know Georgia completed the manual hand-count the other day and they have finally published the detailed results.
I have grabbed these results with a particular interest in Fulton county, which is where the largest share of votes are from and also happens to be the location where the State Farm Arena is, that video footage Lin Wood has mentioned MAY tie into this if they secretly have duplicated these physically (or not i havent looked up where the scanners physically are - could be somewhere else entirely)
I believe there are numerous batches of votes which have either been physically duplicated or were simply fed through the scanner more than once inflating the results, BY UP TO 10k BIDEN 3K TRUMP, but would appreciate a second opinion and some validation im not imagining things or made a stupid mistake :)
This is the quick spreadsheet i put together, links to original sources are further below:
NOTE1: i have done some slight data massaging for the batch name to remove whitespace, fixup typos and similiar, reason for this was to make it easier to detect the duplicates, so you may not be able to find some entries EXACTLY but if you search for the end batch number you should find the matching mangled batch name in the original source eventually
NOTE2: there is two tabs in the spreadsheet, first is ALL the batches for Fulton which i've kept intact so people can see what other batches look like near the ones i've flagged as duplicate/suspect and make an assessment as to the likelihood of batches with near identical numbers being just a co-incidence or not, there are many which are not close enough for my liking, there are some additional ones i could add and there are some in my results which MAY NOT be duplicates but have highlighted cause well, i may as well since it took a while to go through this carefully.
NOTE3: *Georgia uses DOMINION scanners and the final results seem to be aggregated and processed by a SCYTL server, also i feel i should point out that Georgia seem to have a history of hacked equipment in 2018 but i'm not sure that was the issue here, i belive its more likely to have been a bad actor that knew how to operate the scanners in a dodgy way to reprocess batches that error and duplicates the results (or maybe didnt and was incompetent) I CANNOT CONFIRM OR DENY THIS THOUGH ITS PURELY SPECULATION (links further below for original sources i first checked the totals to the certified results and they match)
WHY DO I THINK THESE ARE DUPLICATES?
There are a few different scenarios i will lay out and my confidence in each. I've tried to place them in the file from most confident to less, but also keep it somewhat neat in terms of alphabetical and grouping like batches together.
SCENARIO #1 - LITERAL DUPLICATE NAME AND COUNTS
These are towards the top of the file and well, contain either the same exact name or an obviously very similar near identical name, they may or may not contain identical vote counts depending - it seems that what might be happening is that when a blank/undervote is detected it might be flagging the batch, which then gets corrected or adjusted by a human and scanned again - im not certain on this though. For example:

SCENARIO #2 - SIMILAR NAME BUT IDENTICAL RESULTS
These are ones which i believe might have been either related to human manually entering them in differently, or potentially have been snuck in on purpose by using a slightly different but clearly similar name. In this situation the counts match or are near identical - essentially they are unique enough that the probability of the two just being co-incidentally the same is very very unlikely but not impossible. Keep in mind some of these i may have cleaned up the batch name - so the original might have whitespace or typos. For example

SCENARIO #3 - DIFFERENT NAME, SIMILAR RESULTS BUT IN SEQUENCE
These ones are the more difficult ones and are open to interpretation. Now i've made a few assumptions here but it goes a little something like this. Lets say i had a batch and it didn't correctly finish or at the end was flagged for human correction. I'm assuming they take that batch out, shove the next one in and hit go, then fixup whatever is needed for the first one and once the scanner is free again they then put the "corrected but duplicate" batch through the scanner again. So essentially in these scenarios you'll see very similar counts but more importantly if you look at the batches in sequence its pretty obvious IMO that many BUT NOT ALL are the same batch just with corrections or adjustments.
In particular what i have noticed is that it looks like when there is a 'blank/undervote' detected this might be throwing up the error, what you will then find is the next time its scanned there might be a write-in or change to the other counts accordingly. So they are sort of in sequence but may skip a number or two - when you look at them in the full list its a little more clear how they are interleaved and why i think they are related
To make it a little more clear i added a column at the end and given each a group number so you can see which ones i think are related to each other. The closer the numbers all match the higher the confidence, some of these MAY NOT BE and hence i've tagged em suspect. For example below is group 17 and 24:

So in closing, i would appreciate if someone with a TECHNICAL BACKGROUND and/or familiar with the scanners and processing batches could look over this and provide their opinion on whether they too feel at least some of these ARE DUPLICATES and warrants further INVESTIGATION.

I've seen a rather large uptick in what i can only describe as amateurs thinking they've found the next big bombshell recently and disappointingly many of these get way too much credit and attention on here, other places or even before becoming a headline.
So i thought i'd perhaps give my 2 cents and some pointers for other would-be slueths.
Firstly it's great so many people are digging into the data and there have certainly been a lot of useful and important discoveries that otherwise wouldn't have come to light - but in the same breathe i too feel we've reached a point where there is too much noise and not enough signal.
I'm not saying people should stop digging, and i'm not saying an amateur can't discover something amazing.. but if you feel you fit into this category and going to make the next great big discovery perhaps my 2 cents can save you from unecessarily wasting everybodies time and potentially a little face.
To elaborate i'll use an example not from here, so i don't offend anyone, but the other day i saw this:
Now ignoring that "expert" is usually media speak for unqualified enthusiast or academic, i was curious as it seemed very much like this was something which has already been covered here in much greater detail and with better accuracy.
I reached out to him and not surprisingly it seems like i was right but also that he was unaware about signifacant figures and rounding aspect of the data. At that point i knew i could safely dismiss the results as if one huge incorrect assumption has been made there are likely others in his methodology.
This isn't the first and won't be the last scenario of this but we can all do our part to try and keep the spotlight on the useful discoveries and keeping the unchecked big claims at a minimum.
In particular is all the stuff floating about with regards to Dominion Smartmatic and vote flipping etc.
If you want to prescribe to the opinion that millions of votes have been secretly switched through electronic means and we're moments away from some bombshell that's going to expose that suits in a room secretly altered results on election night i'm not here to argue or change your mind - you be you!
What i can say however is that if you are doing some analysis and deep diving of your own and in particular are hunting for evidence of vote flipping or fixing i cannot stress enough that BEFORE running about grabbing data and crunching numbers spend a few minutes learning about the various hardware components used for the election, how votes are tabulated and most importantly REPORTED.
It will help you understand what is a red herring and what to focus on (and what not).
There is no single answer here as its different based on state and type of vote but i strongly believe if more people simply spent a few minutes researching this for the relevant data set they are analyzing it would not only give you a better understanding about the data itself you will also avoid making the same mistakes as so many others.
With specific focus on Dominion and vote flipping, whilst this might be true and may have occurred it needs to be put into perspective exactly how wide spread this could actually be in reality.
In particular this is mostly only a loophole and concern for states/county/precinct which use DRE's without VVPAT - anywhere else there will be paper ballots and any shenanigans with the electronic tabulation and reporting would be easily discovered during a recount or audit.
DRE systems equipped with Voter-Verified Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) printers produce paper records that are preserved to be tabulated in case of an audit or recount.
The equipment used in each states/county/precinct is publicly available information and can be looked up easily.

If someone makes a claim about mass vote switching thru electronic means, lookup whether the location uses DRE equipment without VVPAT, if it doesnt you can safely assume they don't actually have any hardcore insider information or evidence that is going to be a bombshell that blows the wide open.
It is extremely unlikely mass amounts of fraud occured through purely electronic/hacking means for locations that have paper ballots, or predominantly do - even the dumbest of criminals would not take this level of risk for something which would invalidate the entire outcome if discovered. It's far easier, safer and more difficult to challenge/prove illegitimate paper ballots and other vulnerable weak spots in the chain of custody/trust.
I would only give weight and consideration to claims of fraud that focus on mail-in ballots and the chain of custody/trust.
In as lamens terms as i can state it:
Ignore the noise and claims about Dominion systems, and others et al, flipping votes in mass numbers for entire states or counties through backdoors and the like. May have happened in Venezuela but this is not what happened in the US, certainly not in all states and locations due to mixture of equipment.
Precincts report totals to county and once that has occurred any fuckery with the numbers BEYOND there, so county to state and beyond, would be easily detectable and obvious. Again, learn about the equipment and process and it will become clear.
If you're digging through data thinking you'll discover something which will be irrefutable proof that votes were altered electronically spend a few minutes first researching what equipment the state uses and how votes are recorded, reported and retained before going too far or you might be barking up the wrong tree.
Second, there's a thing called peer review. Anyone who has worked in a technical capacity for a while will be familiar with this. You might have the next big bombshell, but don't call it that or think that until you have had someone else check over it first. If anyone makes claims like irrefutable proof or evidence of X you should be skeptical, if it hasnt been peer reviewed it should be treated as suspect.
Pay attention to claims of fraud that focus on the legitimacy of the ballots themselves and things like ballot stuffing, dead voters, vacant lots, etc. Not only are these more credible claims but they are provable and actionable from a legal perspective.
Things like uncreased ballots, dead voters, nursing homes etc that is all useful stuff but more importantly it's provable and actionable in court as ultimately thats what's important here. A good story might be great for a headline in the media, but if you truly want to help fight the good fight i implore you to focus on the things which matter and would stand up to peer review or in a court of law.
This isnt a game and Trump isn't going to get another 4 years by public opinion alone.
That is all, take it or leave it.. i didnt spend the time writing this for my sake or to tell people what to do.
It was merely to inform and potentially help a Pede out before they go down a deep rabbit hole unnecessarily.
PS - i do prescribe to the opinion that there has been voter fraud in this election that has altered results to some degree, anyone intelligent looking at the numbers for some states/location and listening to Biden speak for a few minutes would have to be skeptical as to the legitimacy of the results.. but some of the stuff going around now is starting to have the opposite effect and will be used as ammunition against legitimate cases of fraud. Please don't be "that guy"
