They say they have evidence, so, ok, they have have evidence.

The "What is the evidence" question has been asked, and naturally, not answered, because who the hell would do that? That would be stupid for a lawyer, or anyone, to do that.

The question I want to know, and have not seen asked, is "What are you doing with that evidence?"

Has it been turned over to proper authority? The courts? Has there been a discovery phase where the evidence has been introduced?

Anyone got anything on that? Are they just sitting on this?
