Do this! Three years ago I was in my late 30's and was out of shape after being a very active athlete through my 20's. I said, "This is not who I am and not how I want my kids to remember me," and I joined the gym and started controlling my diet. I lost 40lbs in the first year to reach my high school/college weight and I've kept it off ever since. Now I run 4 miles per day (except Sunday) and lift weights 3x per week. The flight out of Italy may be nothing but I found it interesting that a C17 troop/supply carrier flew out of Rome today and quickly disappeared, given the developments of the Italian interference intel the last couple of days.
I follow the flights on flight software and just happened to catch the C17 in the few minutes it was visible.

A C17 left Rome this morning, joined two KC10 Extenders already flying NNW, then the C17 stopped broadcasting once it hit 10,000 feet and disappeared while the Extenders continued on.
