When Trump was elected, the GOP owned the Presidency and both houses of Congress.
They could have funded the Trump wall along the entire border, and gotten it built in the first year. Instead, Ryan and McConnell didn't vote a fucking penny more for the border than they did in any regular year of the Obama administration.
