At this point, nobody knows for sure how the next several days will play out. Does Trump have an ace up his sleeve that will be revealed? Is Pence going to seal the deal? I’m interested to hear your theories.
What I see happening is the Dems have seized ahold of reputable institutions and organizations and subverted them. They use the reputation built in the past to push for their current ideological agenda. It’s like a wolf in sheep’s clothing and you see it time and again from higher education, media outlets, government agencies, etc. They are destroying the credibility of all these places and once they’re done, they will leave the smoldering ruins and move onto the next.
The time to push back is now.

This is a topic that has become a front and center campaign issue for the 2020 presidential election ever since RBG passed away. I have several questions that I want to put out there since, chances are, others have similar questions.

It's my understanding that there have been 9 justices since the 1860's and the last president to seriously considered packing the court was FDR. Other than historical precedent, what (if anything) is preventing additional justices from being added to the court and what would the process of adding additional justices look like?

Is a constitutional amendment to establish a court comprised of 9 justices feasible and, if so, what is needed for this amendment to be passed?

Without a constitutional amendment is there realistically anything that can be done by the party not in power to prevent the packing of the court?
This is an issue I'm seriously concerned about should the D's gain control of power. Both Biden and Harris dodged questions and refused to provide any answers during and after the debates so that can only mean one thing in my opinion. They fully intend to pack the court but don't want to outright say it.
What can be done to combat potential voter fraud for the upcoming election? There are obvious issues with mail-in ballots and consequences with how/when to "officially" call the election. What actions can we take as a community and are there any executive orders that Trump can use to address this?
It seems like it's too late in the game at this point to push Voter ID through with an executive order or to require in-person voting (if either of these are even possible).
