Yeah, they live in their own little bubble. Mittens had it right. When 47% are dependent on government, it's "very interesting"for a republican to be even close to the presidency

I thought the lead leached into the water.

I liked that they declared your baby's racist, but you should be okay with that.

So you don't have a government stooge (((caregiver))) watching your kids. Basically the only reason. Wealthy families in the old days would have someone else watch their kids, but those people could actually be trusted.

Unlike Mandela, our side hasn't bombed children or burned people to death with necklacing

Dream is right. Useless fucking Arabs couldn't even do shit in '48 when Israel was at its weakest

Russophiles here think Putin is a crusader against communism and "the righteous savior of the White race and Western Civilization." That's the same Putin who's a literal former KGB agent that imports millions of central Asian muzzies and jails people for saying "Russia for Russians" or for denying the Holocaust.

I believe it. Iran's voluntary Basij militia (branch of the terrorist group, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard), has over 20 million members. Having volunteers and having training and supplies for said volunteers are different things.

North Nam got fucked fighting Americans. They were dying so hard that they agreed to stop invading South Vietnam. They just broke the agreement after Nixon left and Dems chose to just sit back and watch Saigon fall.

Basis points (percent of percent) on credit default swaps (bond insurance).

At 97 basis points (0.97%), it costs $97 to insure $10,000 in bonds. Higher than historical, but not really catastrophic

Coal is fine and global warming is a scam. Giving manufacturers and consumers more cheap energy (by using more coal and being more like China in that sense) would be a great thing

losses to the Deposit Insurance Fund to support uninsured depositors will be recovered by a special assessment on banks

Take a bunch of money from successful banks to cover for a failure?

Or at least Taliban-style policies. Even muh-democratically elected government banned girls from singing. I'm actually confident that if democracy was followed more closely (i.e., follow policies the people like and worry less about woman's rights, etc.), the Taliban wouldn't have returned to power (but the government would act almost the same).

When bond prices (inverse to interest rates) swing wildly, that's poor liquidity

It's like making today's Germans pay for the Nazis, which Israel does

It's the slave owners (or their descendants now) that deserve massive reparations.

Animal rights activists would never just go to agricultural societies that depend on work animals, forcefully release workhorses, kill farmers and their families, and destroy farms (both economically and physically), and yet that's what Lincoln's USofA did to the South.
