Sounds like reverse psychology to me. Trump: "Don't declare yourself." Biden: "Look, I declare myself Queen of Spain, man, concede!"

Her hair puts Lori Lightfoot's to shame.

Chicago is a precursor to what they want nationally; votes don't matter because it's made up. Makes me think of "whose line is it anyway?" Where they make up the rules and the rules dont matter.

When it comes to firearms, it's almost never an "accident," it's negligence. I'm trying hard to think of a scenario where a gun injures someone without human interaction; maybe an earthquake dropping a pistol on someone's head perhaps.

Imagine having to vote between Biden at his current age, and Biden four years from now (dead). That is the shitty rigged vote we get here in this hellhole. We don't vote them in, the fix makes it happen, and we deserve better.

She literally does this shit for likes on Twitter. No adviser, no listening. She does it thinking it will make her hip, while everyone shakes their heads. Its disgusting and disturbing that a top ten city mayor thinks this is cute. You're right, it's a distraction from the violence and death. "Here's candy by permission... dont look at that bad shit."

This made me irate. She locks down everything and jokes in a costume wearing Clorox, like it means nothing. Most tone deaf stupid thing I've seen in a shit hole full of BS known as Chicago, which is known for it.

Watching these videos was interesting; the black cop was not having any of it detaining the skinny guy previously and was not fucking around. But there were no amount of words or flex to be made on the scumbag who found out.

I'm fretting about his health and he cracks jokes about his wife's age... that's the kind of thing my dad does when I'm worried that makes me laugh and feel like it's going to be all right.

This looks like every man who comes home from a day of work, exhausted, feeling beat, but sits down at the kitchen table and checks the bills that are due next week and figures out what needs to be done. Except that it's not just bill paying he has to worry about, it's 300 million times my thoughts at the kitchen table. A picture like this should resonate to anyone who feels worn out but still sits there and worries and does it for tomorrow. Great picture.

Ha, I got tossed out of grocery store back in May saying I was medically exempt, but glad it works sometimes and others do it too.

I get that, I've had plenty of problems with harassment at stores because of it and hate it, but seeing couples "kiss" in masks on the street, or parents forcing their 2 year old to wear one makes me lose hope. Other places people don't give a shit, and it gives me some hope normalcy will return, but living in this stupid city is very different from a small town. Still appreciate the optimism on here.

I think there's very different experiences across the country regarding this. Here in Chicago it feels like an already lost battle. The amount of people wearing masks alone down the street is ridiculously high. I don't think I've seen a single other person in a store around here not wear one in months. I feel like I'm some weird leper walking in a place as others scurry away from me, and I fear there is no going back at this point.

Pritzker was proposing fining and possibly arresting business owners who defy his order. IDPH repealed it before it could be voted on. This sounds like good news, but he said he's going to pursue legislation instead, which may end up being worse. There is no winning here in Illinois for its people.

That site has shown how much the city plays with numbers for years.

He's given conflicting statements about this that show he's lying. He's said that they left before the lockdown, but he's also said they've left because he worries about their safety from protesters. Both those statements can't be true. If they left before, they couldn't have left before his bullshit claims of threats.

Low IQ, high self-image that no one agrees with.

They're already arresting these scumbags again. They get set loose and they can't even go a week before doing it for the 20th time.

I got stuck voting between her (giant douche) and a turd sandwich in the election, but didn't vote for her in the primary; I hate that I pinched my nose and voted for her. I'm still registered Democrat here, just so I have a vote in the primary of who I'll vote against in the end.

There is no definite timeline to even get to "Phase 3," but we've lost the one good thing in Chicago indefinitely.

Simple and to the point, but inaccurate... by 2.85 inches. Overestimated, Fauci must have did the math.

This is high quality. Papyrus font on the Democrat one is good, since it's generic font for the ones out of touch and want to be hip. Throw in a Pelosi one in Comic Sans about ice cream, and you're perfect on this. "Voted Democrat and can't afford my ice cream anymore." Seriously, immense potential on this pic.

I've never had a single person I voted for locally in a primary make it in Chicago. It's broken here.

Agreed. We've given enough and they'll just take more.
