Install hyper conservative officials in charge of counting the vote in California. (Tweets from these people talking about how much they hate Biden)

Slow walk the vote in California and show Trump slowly catching Biden there.

Dump hundreds of thousands of votes at 3am all of which are for Trump and 0 for Biden.

Fast forward 3 days and Trump finally overtakes Biden in California after these officials continue to find votes to count and those votes just happen to be from very Trump friendly areas of California.

Also, show that 90%+ voter turnout occurred and hand waive that as if that isn't extremely out of the ordinary.

The exact opposite of this scenario has taken place in at least 3 different states.
