law enforcement in the other 73 counties, state police, the atf, national gaurdsmen who would rather follow unjust orders than face the consequences of going against them
There’s a massive window from the time an unconstitutional law is enacted, to SCOTUS striking it down.
During that window, they’d be able to sieze and DESTROY a huge portion of privately owned arms, while throwing dissenters they catch in jail for the duration.
