Trump is an inspiring man, but he can also suck you into his world so much that you lose track of yourself, at least that is what I felt like happened to me, four years went by so fast. For this year, I've been focusing on working out. The results and such a short time have been incredible, I feel so much more energetic, I don't get winded as easily, it's exciting to see the journey. I can't wait to see more physical results, but I'm already liking the changes.

I know that seems like a random story, but don't forget about yourself. It's so easy to get sucked into the news, and to get down on yourself in these hard times. If you have any sort of goals, not just fitness, don't let them slip away, work on them today. We pedes have to be smarter and stronger for the fight ahead.
