First thing I would say that nobody talks about: when they printed the ballots or the absentee applications, they used UNCLEAN voter rolls to produce them. Right off the bat you have illegal ballots being sent out. These old names on the voter list have since moved out of state or died.
Now focus on USPS. What were they doing with these? Simple. These ballots were UNDELIVERABLE because that person has since moved out and the name no longer matches the address in the freshly updated USPS database. The mailman will never deliver a ballot or absentee application (which gives direct access to the ballot) to that address. The mailman cannot destroy the ballot either per law.
What did USPS do? They sent ALL these invalid ballots to the counting centers.
After the Republicans got kicked or lured out of the counting room, you have nice ballots that actually MATCHES the voter roll (barcode) that are ready to use, even if these names no longer live in the state or are dead. According to the negligible rejection rate, these illegal ballots appear to have all been scanned and counted. That also explains the chant that BLM had in the counting room when they had found new ballot boxes : "This is what Democracy looks like!" These were the undeliverable ballots. The name/addresses were OK with the system. They just had to vote Biden through electronic adjudication or simply with a pen before scanning in the tabulators.
Be careful : Swing states mostly sent unsolicited absentee applications, not directly the ballots. So I wonder :
- if activists groups got a hand on them before filling them out to get the ballots.
- in the counting center, if a printer could produce the ballot with these applications
