They had an online portal with which they could insert commercial & P.O. boxes addresses into the official voter roll to ship mail ballots towards them (without any verification by the government)

We should call this out.
-He installed the drop boxes for mail in ballots!
-He had a map and chose their location!
-He hired private companies to build an online software letting them add new entries directly in the voter rolls without a government clerk!
-He hired private activist groups to use that software & register voters!
-These activists had direct access! Could enter any name and address possible!
-These activists are proven BLM/ Marxists. Rioted all summer. You think they didn't want to remove Trump from office?
Once the voter roll is corrupted with fake names, States were printing ballots according to that same voter roll!
All names on it had either a ballot printed or a absentee form printed that gives direct access to the ballot. This is madness.
Famous pee-dossier lawyer Mark Elias was responsible for using the fear of Covid to push states into Universal mail in voting.
Happened at least from April. California went for it in May (home of big tech). Gov. Newsom said every registered voter will receive a mail in ballot. Swing states followed with almost the same result. They decided to print absentee forms that gave a direct access to the fake ballot with a fake name.
Some states changed their law to remove signature verification entirely. Others didn't but the insane amount of mail ballots automatically made poll workers stop verifying them. Instructions were given to stop verifying, per testimonies.
Voting machines also had a lowered signature verification or not at all.
Finally, all these fake ballots MATCHED THE ZUCKERBERG VOTER ROLLS. The voting machines scanned and accepted ALL OF THEM.
- The registry (voter roll)
Partisan activists group Rock the Vote was able to add phony names and addresses in the voter rolls. They had an online portal or website where they could create new voters in the official registry without any verification by the government. They had direct access. That could explain why commercial addresses voted in this election by the thousands according to Matt Braynard's research. P.O. boxes also had "app1" "app2", etc.
- The unsolicited ballots
The Starting with California and spreading to other states, I learned that at least 10 states directly printed all the ballots based on unclean voter rolls. The swing states mostly printed absentee voter forms for their entire uncleaned voter rolls, which is essentially the same since it gives a direct access to the ballots. Over the years, people move from one state to another and their names are still included in the registry. According to the regulations, a voter would normally have to call his state to remove his name from the registry after moving out. Nobody does that. These names are still there and they all got a ballot produced for them. These names voted in this election according to Matt's Braynard findings. The voter is not to blame. His name is being used. Interestingly, Ohio got their voter roll cleaned ahead of the election and Trump easily won that state. I would call Judicial Watch immediately, since they could give to Trump lawyers how many phony names are still included in each registry for each state.
- The Covid excuse
People at risk of Covid could already vote by mail. It's called absentee voting. The 70 years old with diabetes that doesn't feel safe voting in person could simply make a request, (fill an absentee request form), receive his ballot at home and vote.
This is important because it shows to the judges that there was no reason to produce unsolicited ballots for an entire registry of unverified names and addresses. I would also include a video of Dr. Fauci saying that people can safely vote in person by following the proper guidelines like social distancing or masks. The man said it was safe. The judge needs to see that. Finally, include the tweet made by Hillary Clinton in September: "I'm voting early, in person, too. And you?"

REALITY: Black people in general live in greater number in the large cities (crowded) and more of them have Diabetes than the average..
THERFOR a White person living in a big city with diabetes has the same risk of dying of Covid than a Black person. PERIOD. Covid doesn't target black people more because of their race.

YES. I think of Two reasons :

He called Gen. Flynn a traitor after watching the Rachel Maddow show the night before. That makes him too emotional to be a judge, shows a difficulty to discern spectacle from reality and shows a grave lack of judgment. For that alone he must be disbarred.

He lied about Flynn's intent even after being exposed to irrefutable evidence showing the exact opposite. He said Flynn undermined Obama's sanctions against Russia. This is completely false. Sullivan had the phone call transcript. Flynn said two things to the Russian ambassador concerning Obama's sanctions
- I understand they (Obama admin) saw something (some minor interference) and recognize that (the sanctions in retaliation)
- but I don't want a tit-for-tat situation. If they expel 30 Russians, then only expel 30 Americans not 60... To avoid escalation. That was Flynn's point.
For failing to recognize the evidence as it stands directly in front of him, and only repeating Obama's personal emotion about Flynn and the false narrative that he wanted to cancel the sanctions... Sullivan MUST BE DISBARRED.
