by what i see as lack of a Christian spine re: covid response/gov't corruption/sjw & alphabet people issues. and i'm damned tired of being told i'm selfish for not doing whatever it is i'm being told to do, bc bad science. today i saw this on twatter:

"I do not know if wearing a mask is patriotic but if you are a Christian you should wear a mask for this reason

Phil 4:3 = Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others."

this was my reply, and i think i managed to convey my feelings appropriately:

my Lord gave me a brain & expects me to use it. until last year, only the sick wore masks, not the healthy. these are your God-given rights, paid for with His blood & the blood of patriots. i can't find "thou shalt be a doormat for thy neighbor's neuroses" in the scriptures.
