I think he knew that was going to be the outcome and it is going to come down to Trump to invoke the EO he implemented in 2018.
He knew he was going to have to use this EO. He has been collecting all the evidence of foreign intervention that he needs.
I just have this feeling he saw this all going to happen and has been planning.
If the democrats are so confident that they won this election without fraud, do a redo in the contested states, have the military control the voting process and do it over a few days so no whining from the left.

Seeing that Hong Kong and Singapore are experiencing a second wave of the Wuhan Virus, block all that travel and keep it in place indefinitely.

I've been annoyed by our media constantly blaming Trump for our lack of response, but I feel he has done everything he can within his power. I found this article today and highlighted key pieces that speak to the volumes off problems that exist that Trump WILL correct.
