You're forgetting that they will just launder state bailout money in a spending bill so that red states bail out failed blue states.
Of course, it won't gain at nearly the rate as it did after 2016, because the market won't have as much confidence due to democrats controlling everything. Then the media will just blame that on Trump, then when the republicans take back something in 2022, it will start going up faster, and they'll say Biden made that happen.
The only counter to this is the new small businesses that open up in the vacuum left by old ones. They won't be nearly as numerous, but they will exist.
