You keep mentioning that, but is there any actual evidence that shows fertility rates increasing with income? Last I checked that wasn't the case. Families earning 100-200k weren't having more children than families earning 50-60k.

There isn't one in any white majority area. All of the crime is specifically located within small locations that are mostly populated by minorities. Yet, those same minorities are having children just fine, but whites aren't even though they are the ones least affected by them.
The federal government also gives aid to women, as an example, encouraging them to go to college. Things like that don’t help the birthrate.
They offer even more incentives for black/brown women, yet they still have higher fertility. Explain that?
White women in the workforce automatically means less fertility. There’s a lot that could be done at a policy level.
All women are in the workplace though, not just white women. And when it comes to priorities, black/brown women have an even bigger advantage at getting preference than white women, but somehow it is the white fertility that is lagging.
As for lower taxes/welfare reduction, do you have any evidence to show that people have more children if they make ~10-20% more per year? Last I checked, the lower/upper classes had more kids but the middle class weren't having enough kids specifically because they have just enough money for their life to be too good to bring kids into it, but not enough money that their lifestyle wouldn't be affected by having kids.
The issue ultimately is at least 99% cultural, and as such this whole "white majoritarian" concept is a load of shit. To me, it looks like some white nationalists decided that they didn't want to be labeled that way, so this is their way of getting around it.

A majority whose birthrate is so low that it will eventually become a minority without immigration or any outside influence. If you want it to remain the majority in perpetuity, you need to outline how exactly you'll reverse 50+ year trend. Stopping immigration by itself won't reverse it.

All of what you said might have an effect on the overall population, but absolutely do not increase white briths relative to others. Unless you are proposing that this program is only targetted at white women AND also include a component that promotes having children with white men, it would not really succeed in increasing/maintaining white majority.

The only way to make it so there is always a white majority is either by having a white only state (therefore cannot get affected by demographics change since it has only the one) or through government control over population growth.
