Because wearing a mask is for going outside, it reduces your chances of getting sick, it doesn't eliminate them.

HIV is different because it specifically attacks the immune cells, so it is difficult for these same cells to somehow mount a response to it. I'm not saying they'll definetly make one for coronavirus, but it is not really comparable to HIV.
And this tweet is not specifically about a Bill Gates developed vaccine, it is for any and all vaccines developed by anyone anywhere which is my issue with it.
This tweet isn't warning against the government mandating vaccination, it is outright advocating against its use "Ever. No matter what.".
I understand that, but saying " Ever. No matter what. " is pretty antivaxx. To me that means doesn't matter who manufactures the vaccine, how effective or safe it is, what is in it, etc. That is antivaxx, because it seems to have issue with the concept of vaccination rather than the specifics of any one vaccine.
