Trump being banned from Twitter was one of the best things that could have happened because Twitter is trash anyways but now people are actually looking at other platforms. New platforms cannot grow without new people. We have hundreds if not thousands of TV channels to choose from, literally unlimited endless content on the internet to watch from a wide variety of places. Over the decades there have been new car brands along with many makes and models of cars. If you use an Android phone then you have many options for brands and models. Competition is an important part of a free market especially when goods are being sold because competition can lower prices. In the instance of Twitter or Facebook losing many billions in stock value recently, that lessens their power and control over speech and allows alternatives. If Trump wanted to, he could be on social media because there are several good options but like many, Trump got far too used to using Twitter. Change is not always easy, especially for old people but change is just a part of life.
I think it's either Trump planning something big or the swamp rats of DC trying to destroy the USA and all that it has stood for.

I'd have to look it up to be certain but can a mayor or even a governor get that many national guard troops? I don't remember any point in history where this many national guard were deployed in one location plus there's the fencing with special barbed wire on top and concrete barricades. It's looking more like a prison at this point but is it to keep antifa out or is it to keep the swamp creature inside or something entirely different? Even a declared emergency wouldn't get this many troops. Even if DC was on fire, oh wait it was on fire in 2020 but there wasn't thousands of troops then, probably wasn't even thousands of cops.
I am not one of those with blind hope that believes no matter what that Trump will remain president. I also do not believe that if Biden does become president that the country is finished. We have had good and bad presidents but we have always had swamp creatures in DC that never actually work for we the people that voted them into power. I have no hate or bad intentions towards anyone but I do hope Trump uses the IA or something to fix this mess. Lefties will go crazy and cause some trouble if Trump remains president but over time they'll get over it.
The real problem is that if the election fraud stands and Biden becomes president, how many people will want some form of a civil war? That is something we all should want to avoid. I think criminals are scum and trash but we have prisons for those people. Anyone that can't obey the law deserves whatever jail or prison time they may get. If Trump remains president, over time the truth will come out and the majority of people will accept it even if they don't like it. If Biden becomes president and all of the election fraud stands, there surely would be millions of people that would never accept that and that is where there could be trouble in the country.
Normally only a governor can request national guard but supposedly the mayor of DC did which is unlikely. Trump also had said he sent in national guard. If there's 30,000 troops with all the fencing etc then it's very likely only the president could send that many troops. Either Trump has one last play to make or he's just going overboard with keeping the peace.

People need to get their heads out of their fucking asses and understand that the vast majority of democrats, republicans, judges, cops, military, are not on our side. The old American pride has faded in recent decades. Now it's all about money, power, and control. People can chant back the blue but time and time again the blue backs antifa, blm, politicians. There are some good ones in there somewhere but those might be hard to find. The only person that has shown true courage and a willingness to fight with us and for us is president Trump but he is only one man and he can't force branches of the government to do their jobs. He's taken this election fraud fight to the courts, to the fbi, to congress, to senate, to the media but they're all against him and ones that are not against him usually turn away because they'd rather Trump go away so their lives can return to business as usual which is DC getting richer off of us and wasting our tax money on their pet projects. I understand that some will say to vote them out but Trump was a billionaire with connections and sitting president but yet even he couldn't undo this election fraud.
You can bet on it that some of our criminal scum in DC will throw an earmark or few Jack's way to compensate him for his losses after aiding in their election fraud.
