Serious answer: I don't think the video is a deepfake because if they were going to deepfake GEOTUS, they would have him directly use the word 'concede' and also mention Biden and Harris as the victors to whom his team will cooperate with during the transition period. The vagueness of President Trump's statements makes me not only think it was really him, but also suspect that he is going to try the best of his remaining options. Will any succeed? I have no idea. There are loyal individuals trying to carry out the MAGA agenda and also a ton of very powerful entities trying to stop it. I think the radio silence from GEOTUS and most of his team is because running their mouths would not be useful right now.

Feel free to pour through all US elections since 1789 and find the ones where the concession contained no reference to the victor. Perhaps there are a few, but I highly doubt it. Imagine a two term president from decades ago being interviewed about his second term: "What was the transition like between your first term and your second?" "The transition was challenging due to changes in the house and senate and the economy that year, but..." Nothing about the word transition is out of place there; however, the president serves two terms.
