Rudy Giuliani has indicated he is building a RICO case against Joe Biden, and alleges it's a very strong case. At least hypothetically, let's assume this is correct. If Biden somehow becomes president, does it create any obstacles to pursuing the RICO case? My uniformed, fear-driven speculation: if Joe's executive privileges protect him somehow and he could just pardon Hunter, would that pretty much kill any hope we have for justice? I'm not looking for a bunch of uninformed doomers to weigh in here. Please only respond if you have legal expertise or some kind or another. To clarify, I am very much hoping for Trump's re-election, but I am also trying to anticipate multiple potential future timelines. Also, as I write this, I am hoping to here good news from law-savvy folks who reply, but I also just want to be well-informed- even if that means hearing things I don't like. Thanks in advance.
