From patriots, comments...
They count contractors working on a grant for a University as part of the federal employee. They are doing 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon to call anyone a federal employee.
It does if you work on government sites; happening to my company right now, I had to send someone to a place from another department that was vaxxed since myself and my normal guys are based and not vaxxed, used to be able to show a negative test result, but now the requirement is vax
A bit of clarity and hope from a comment on the Epoch Times article:
"*The Feds 4 Medical Freedom lawyers expected this result. They are ready to file an en banc appeal. They are actually happy with the result. It was fairly straightforward and easy to argue against.
*The 5th circuit ruling is not on the merits of the case. It essentially says the 5th circuit does not have the authority to put an injunction against the mandate. It does nothing to establish precedent on the case.
*The DOJ knows we will file an en banc request. Therefore, they will likely not act until the 5th circuit decides to accept or reject the en banc appeal (all 17 judges issue a ruling instead of random 3 panel which had 2 of the 5 democrat appointed judges on this panels ruling)
*Should the 5th circuit approve an en banc appeal, they will likely rule in our favor.
*Should the 5th circuit deny the en banc appeal, our last stop is SCOTUS (Supreme Court).
Bottom line – stay optimistic. The fight is not over. No ruling has yet been given on the merits of the case.
The injunction hearings are purely administrative. Nothing has been lost until the courts decide on the merits of the case, which has not yet happened."

"Say it ain't so, Joe!" One of the most famous quotes in sports history is linked to the date September 28, 1920. On that day, "Shoeless Joe" Jackson supposedly admitted during testimony to a grand jury that he was one of eight Chicago White Sox baseball players who took bribes to let the Cincinnati Reds win the 1919 World Series...According to legend, as Jackson left the courthouse, a heartbroken young boy went up to him and begged: “Say it ain’t so, Joe.”
We are good, and we are loyal and honest as yourself. Patriot, we need to take our country back, step by step. No more deceptions and manipulations; we are awake.... wwg1wga!
