It literally is the worst. There is 72 g of sugar in a 20z mountain dew. Some kids will drink like 3 a day. It would take me like multiple months to eat that much sugar. The only sugar I really intake is from some milk with my coffee, in marinara sauce and that is about it. A standard Hershey bar has 17g of sugar.
